William Kromka, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology) practicing in Colorado and the founding physician of TMS Therapy Centers Colorado in Aurora, Denver TMS Therapy, Denver Ketamine Clinic, Bluebird TMS in Greenwood Village, and TMS Boulder. The clinics operate on one model: a psychiatrist evaluates every patient, explains what the evidence does and does not show, and oversees every course of treatment, with TMS, SPRAVATO®, ketamine therapy, and medication management available in the same practice.
A Colorado native from Aurora, Dr. Kromka earned bachelor's degrees in Integrative Physiology and Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder and his MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in 2019, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his psychiatry residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital / Harvard Medical School from 2019 to 2023 and received the Source Research Foundation Connection Award in 2021.
He is a co-author of "Ketamine and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for Psychiatric and Existential Distress in Patients with Serious Medical Illness: A Narrative Review," published in the Journal of Palliative Medicine in 2025 (doi:10.1089/jpm.2024.0346), and of earlier reviews in the Journal of Emergency Medicine (2019) and the Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery (2018).
